If life throws bad stuff at you, throw it back & move on
Your weakness is your victims power, they have all the real proof they need about the way you live your life. You will be afraid your deep dark hidden secrets will be revealed.
They need to record what you say and how you treat them, they need to fight back and close you all down.
All your abusive behaviour takes place behind closed doors, it has to stop, you need to be exposed.
When the truth about a narcissist finally comes out, when the victims begin to speak up, the narcissist will put on a show. They may act shocked and appalled, play confused, lash out in anger, or slip into the victim role. And they can be very convincing. Lying and twisting reality is second nature to them — it’s what they’ve done their entire lives. In fact, they anticipate this moment and prepare their defense long before it ever happens. This is why survivors speaking out often face a second wave of abuse — the smear campaign. The narcissist has spent years grooming their audience (friends, family, colleagues) to trust their version of reality, so when the truth finally surfaces, they unleash that prepared arsenal to discredit the victim and protect their image.
